Did you know, that the Pajakkakoski rapid is Kuhmo’s largest free-flowing rapid? It is located right near the center of Kuhmo, near of town’s public library. The 450 meters long rapid is only a small walk away from Kuhmo center, so it is a nice place to have a quick visit or even a longer day trip. Me and my sister visited Sotkamo last week. We had some spare time so we wanted to get a cup of coffee.
